Game Recaps:

Philadelphia hosted the league-best Milwaukee Bucks in its first Christmas Day home game since 1988. By halftime, the 76ers already held a 21-point lead, before ending the afternoon 121-109 victors. Philadelphia improved to 16-2 at home as each of its five starters scoring in double figures, led by a 31-point performance from Embiid, a 22-point outing by Tobias Harris and a dominant showing from two-time All-Star Ben Simmons (15 points, seven rebounds, 14 assists, three steals and two blocks).

On April 14, 2018, Philadelphia hosted its first NBA playoff game since 2012, welcoming the Miami Heat to the City of Brotherly Love. The 76ers throttled the Heat in a 130-103 win, outscoring Miami 74-43 in the second half in Game 1 of what would be a five-game Philadelphia series victory. The 130 points were the most the team tallied in a postseason game since April 27, 1986 vs. Washington.

On April 19, 2018, the 76ers took a 2-1 lead in their first round playoff series against Miami with a dominant, 128-108, victory at American Airlines Arena. Philadelphia posted 30-or-more points in three of the game’s four quarters as All-Stars Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons combined for 42 points, 19 rebounds and 11 assists.
