UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SOCCER KICKS OFF ON SIRIUS XM RADIO
SIRIUS and XM listeners nationwide will have access to live play-by-play of each round of the Champions League competition, from the Group Stage matches through the Final
NEW YORK – September 16, 2009 – SIRIUS XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) announced today that it will offer live coverage of the 2009-10 UEFA Champions League soccer season, from the group stage matches through the final on May 22, 2010.
SIRIUS XM’s coverage begins today, with live play-by-play of Inter Milan v. FC Barcelona, starting at 2:45 pm ET on SIRIUS channel 125 and XM channel 241.
SIRIUS and XM listeners from coast to coast will get access to select matches from the group stage, first knockout round and quarterfinals, as well as every match from the semifinals, and the one-match Championship final which will take place this season in Madrid on May 22.
