Network Will Simulcast Telemundo’s Spanish-Language Coverage of Both Semifinal Matches; Digital Coverage Available via the Telemundo Deportes En Vivo and NBC Sports apps

STAMFORD, Conn. – July 1, 2019 – NBCSN will televise both FIFA Women’s World Cup semifinal matches in Spanish this week, kicking off from Parc Olympique Lyonnais with live coverage of USA vs. England tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. ET and continuing with Sweden vs. Netherlands on Wednesday, July 3 at 2:30 p.m. ET.

The FIFA Women’s World Cup semifinal matches will be simulcast in Spanish from Telemundo Deportes, the exclusive Spanish-language home of the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup. The games will also be livestreamed in Spanish via the Telemundo Deportes En Vivo and NBC Sports apps.

The United States is unbeaten in its last fifteen Women’s World Cup matches, and has won the last ten in a row, becoming only the second team in history to win ten consecutive Women’s World Cup matches. With five goals each, U.S star forwards Megan Rapinoe and Alex Morgan are tied with England’s Ellen White as the top contenders for the Golden Boot award, given to the top scorer in the tournament.

Copan Alvarez calls both matches this week on Telemundo and NBCSN, joined by Viviana Vila.

STAMFORD, Conn. – June 21, 2019 – NBCSN will televise two FIFA Women’s World Cup matches in Spanish this Monday, June 24. Live coverage begins at 11:30 a.m. ET when the United States face Spain at Stade Auguste-Delaune in Reims, and continues at 2:30 p.m. ET when Sweden face Canada at Parc des Princes in Paris Saint-Germain, France, in the Round of 16 of the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup France™.

The matches will be simulcast in Spanish from Telemundo Deportes, the exclusive Spanish-language home of the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup. The games will also be livestreamed in Spanish via the Telemundo Deportes En Vivo and NBC Sports apps.

Team USA enters the Round of 16 after scoring a record 18 goals in the tournament and completing the group stage without conceding a single goal for this first time in its history at the FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Andres Cantor calls the United States-Spain match on Telemundo and NBCSN, joined by former Mexican National Team and Chivas player Manuel Sol and Venezuelan player and finalist for the Best FIFA Women’s Player Deyna Castellanos.
