STAMFORD, Conn. – November 7, 2019 – NBC Sports and adidas today announced a multi-year partnership extension of the All-American Bowl through 2022.  Throughout the partnership, which began in 2011, adidas will continue to be the Official Apparel Company of the All-American Bowl.

“The All-American Bowl provides a one-of-kind opportunity to showcase our authenticity and leadership position in grassroots football,” said Shannon Ferbrache, Director of Grassroots Sports Marketing for adidas. “We seek to inspire through our products and our style, and we deliver the best compression uniforms at the forefront of design and innovation, along with the lightest, fastest cleats in the game for the nation’s elite football players on the biggest stage for high school football.”

Each year adidas unveils custom designed versions of the adidas Primenit Football Uniforms for the All-American Bowl. With an emphasis on full range of motion, fit, form and function, the adidas Primeknit A1 Football Uniform redefines the compression silhouette and takes the innovation and design of football jerseys and pants to the next level by providing players the perfect blend of style and technology for elite performance.

Additionally, each year adidas unveils limited-edition versions of the newest adizero and FREAK cleats. Crafted for football’s fastest players, the adizero takes the football cleat silhouette to the next level by incorporating a sneaker profile and redefining fit, feel and lightweight construction. Engineered for the fasted most versatile athletes on the gridiron, the FREAK cleats bring streetwear style and insights from the streets to the gridiron to deliver mid-cut support that wraps around the ankle and a lightweight, low-cut feel.

The All American Bowl will welcome 100 of the best high school athletes in the nation to their state-of-the-art adidas players’ lounge during All-American Bowl week, starting Dec. 30. The lounge features the latest athletic recovery innovations and technology, along with newest videogame consoles and games, allowing the student-athletes to relax, recover and compete virtually with each other off the field throughout the week.

“For the past eight years, adidas has been a valuable partner in growing the All-American Bowl,” said Gary Quinn, Vice President, Programming & Owned Properties, NBC Sports. “We are excited to continue our relationship, and look forward to growing the game and highlighting the nation’s elite high school athletes.”
