MIAMI – September 25, 2013- Telemundo celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with a glimpse at the life and times of some of the most prominent Hispanic players in the NFL, a look inside the NFL’s command center and “La Voz Kids” winner Paola Guanche joining the celebration. Leti Coo and Karim Mendiburu will be hosting the one-hour special of “Futbol Americano, Celebrando el Mes de la Herencia Hispana” on Telemundo on Saturday, September 28 at 4PM/3C.
The special will include an interview with Manny Ramirez and Louis Vasquez, the Hispanic duo that plays for the Denver Broncos and is in charge of protecting 2012 Comeback Player of the Year Peyton Manning under center for a Super Bowl contender. Vasquez and Ramirez were friends in college at Texas Tech and reunited to make their dream come true and play professionally together in the NFL.
The show also gets an All-Access exclusive look at the Arizona Cardinals, as the team showcases the tools needed to succeed in the NFL, as well as the league’s command center, where some of the most important decisions happen behind the scenes.
The program also welcomes Paola Guanche, the winner of “La Voz Kids”, who joins the party and sings the national anthem on Sunday Night Football before the Chicago Bears play the Pittsburgh Steelers in front of a national audience.
