No. 6 Boston College Faces No. 14 Notre Dame At Fenway Park
NBC Sports Live Extra to Live Stream Coverage of Boston College – Notre Dame
STAMFORD, Conn. – January 2, 2014 – NBCSN continues its coverage of the 2013-14 college hockey season when No. 6 Boston College faces No. 14 Notre Dame in the second half of the 2014 Frozen Fenway doubleheader, from historic Fenway Park, in Boston, Mass., Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. ET. Live coverage will also be available online, via NBC Sports Live Extra, NBC Sports Group’s live streaming product for desktops, mobile devices, and tablets.
Dan Parkhurst will serve as the play-by-play announcer for NBCSN’s coverage of the game, and will be joined by analyst Ken Hodge.
The third annual Frozen Fenway features eight Hockey East teams, playing four games over two weekends in January. The two previous Frozen Fenway doubleheaders, held in 2010 and 2012, were both sold-out events with more than 38,000 fans in attendance.
NBCSN will present more than 20 college hockey games this season, including 13 Notre Dame games, six Hockey East games and five Big Ten games. NBC Sports Live Extra will live stream more than 30 college hockey games this season.

The Hockey East Association is a 11-team Division I college men’s hockey conference founded in 1984 and an eight team Division I women’s league which began play in 2002-03. The men’s league has won eight NCAA championships in the past 21 years. Since 1999, Hockey East has won six NCAA Championships with 13 NCAA Championship Game appearances, while placing 21 teams in the Frozen Four and 52 teams in the NCAA Tournament during that time.
