Secaucus, N.J., September 23, 2011 – A.L. MVP and Cy Young Award candidate Justin Verlander will go for his 25th win of the season when the 2011 A.L. Central champion Detroit Tigers host the Baltimore Orioles tomorrow, September 24 at 7:00 p.m. ET on MLB Network. Viewers in select markets will see the Tampa Bay Rays take on the Toronto Blue Jays at 7:00 p.m. ET, which will be available on MLB Network in the Rays’ home television territory. The Rays head into the final weekend of the regular season trailing the Boston Red Sox by two games in the A.L. Wild Card race.
On Monday, September 26 at 7:00 p.m. ET, viewers will see the N.L. East champion Philadelphia Phillies match up against the N.L. Wild Card-leading Atlanta Braves at Turner Field, or the Red Sox against the Baltimore Orioles live from Camden Yards. The Braves currently lead the N.L. Wild Card race by only two games over the St. Louis Cardinals.
