On Monday, first-year head coach for the Indianapolis Colts Chuck Pagano joined the show to kick off “32 Teams in 32 Days” to discuss rookie quarterback Andrew Luck, the team’s expectations for the 2012 season and being an NFL head coach for the first time.
Interview with Colts head coach Chuck Pagano:

– “Reloading. Like I told these guys when I first got here, there are a lot of players here that if someone didn’t see something special in them they wouldn’t be in an NFL football facility and certainly a team meeting. It’s kind of next man up so we’ve raised the bar, we’ve raised the expectations. I know everybody is looking in a different direction as far as what their expectations are for us but we certainly aren’t doing that. We have some guys here that are running out of time, so to speak, and have high expectations for themselves and the rest of the players here. It’s really next man up and let’s get going with this thing.” – Colts head coach Chuck Pagano on what the team is doing heading into the 2012 season
– “We’re just moving forward. We’re installing as if he was here. The quarterbacks that we have in place – Drew [Stanton], Trevor [Vittatoe] and Chandler [Harnish] – are doing a great job and the offense is doing a great job. There is nothing really that we would change other than Andrew being under center if he was here and taking the majority of the snaps, so to speak.” – Pagano on the Colts’ OTAs without rookie quarterback Andrew Luck
