ESPN platforms will spotlight a baker’s dozen of Top 25 squads in Week 9, including both ranked-vs-ranked matchups with No. 8 Oregon at No. 13 Utah on ESPN Radio and No. 20 Duke at No. 18 Louisville on ESPN.
