ESPN2’s SportsNation presented by Toyota will celebrate New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady’s 33rd birthday Tuesday, Aug. 3 (4 p.m., 6 p.m. and 12 a.m.). The daily one-hour show hosted by Michelle Beadle and Colin Cowherd – an unabashed fan of Brady – will feature rarely seen Brady videos as well as highlights from his more notable television appearances on Saturday Night Live, Entourage, Family Guy and other shows. The SportsNation studio will be decorated with Brady apparel, magazine covers and other items highlighting the five-time Pro Bowler and two-time Super Bowl MVP’s on-field success and influence on popular culture. Patriots’ career receptions leader and former Brady teammate Troy Brown will also be an in-studio guest.
The Brady birthday bash is the latest SportsNation-themed show. Others have included: FavreNation, the day Brett Favre faced the Packers last fall; a year-end Karate Kid show, The Best Dunk of All Time; Christmas on Halloween; New Orleans vs. New England, themed to the Saints-Patriots Monday Night Football game in 2009; Best Weird Web Video of the Year; and April’s LeBronathon.
