Special Editions of ESPN’s NFL Insiders and NFL Live Kick Off NFL Free Agency
Live Coverage begins Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. ET on ESPN2
ESPN will kick off NFL free agency with a special 4.5 hour programming block on Wednesday, March 9. Coverage begins at 1:30 p.m. ET when Suzy Kolber hosts NFL Insiders with Adam Schefter, Mark Dominik, Josina Anderson, Adam Caplan and Ed Werder. At 2:30 p.m., Trey Wingo will host NFL Live with analysts Tedy Bruschi, Herm Edwards and Tim Hasselbeck. A special edition of NFL Insiders follows from 3:30-6 p.m. with Kolber, Wingo and the aforementioned cast of analysts and insiders.
ESPN.com’s NFL Nation reporters will also provide extensive coverage online of NFL free agency. Highlights:
- NFL Nation details free agency priorities for all 32 teams.
- NFL Nation reporters, insiders and others will offer perspective on all major signings beginning at 4 p.m. ET Wednesday.
- NFL Nation will summarize each day’s free agency developments with a look at who made visits to teams and which players signed.
- On March 16, NFL Nation will review the first week of free agency with team grades, analysis of significant signings, losses, positions still to be targeted and what’s next for all 32 teams.
Additionally, NFL Draft analysts Mel Kiper Jr. and Todd McShay and ESPN.com senior editor Chris Sprow will discuss NFL free agency on this week’s edition of the First Draft podcast.
