Mad Dog Radio’s Dino Costa will host 11 live hours this Thursday, April 28, the first night of the 2011 NFL Draft
Costa will broadcast from Radio City Music Hall and the SiriusXM studios, giving NFL fans a live forum for Draft talk throughout the night
NEW YORK – April 26, 2011 – Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) announced today that Mad Dog Radio personality Dino Costa will host a special marathon edition of the Dino Costa Show on Thursday, April 28, the opening night of the NFL Draft. Costa will broadcast live for 11 consecutive hours, from 7:00 pm ET to 6:00 am ET the following morning, covering the Draft’s entire first round and then talking about the event with fans around the country throughout the night.
The Dino Costa Show is available to listeners nationwide on Mad Dog Radio, SiriusXM’s exclusive all-sports talk channel (Sirius channel 123 and XM channel 144).
On Thursday, Costa will begin hosting the Dino Costa Show at its regular time, 7:00 pm ET, live from NFL Draft headquarters inside Radio City Music Hall. As round one of the Draft proceeds, listeners will hear live selection announcements from the podium and Costa will analyze team picks, conduct interviews and roam among the fans at the venue to get their reaction to their teams’ newest players.
After that night’s first round concludes, Costa will remain live on air as he walks to the SiriusXM studios across the street from Radio City where he will host the remainder of his show until 6:00 am ET, recapping the round one selections and giving NFL fans from coast to coast a place to call in to discuss their team’s performance throughout the night.
