New England quarterback Tom Brady threw for 320 yards and two touchdowns as the Patriots defeated Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos, 41-23, to capture the AFC East division title. Tebow and the Broncos jumped out to an early 16-7 lead with an impressive first quarter in which they outgained the Patriots in rushing yards, 167 to four. Tebow finished the game with 194 yards passing, 93 yards rushing and two touchdowns.
