With NFL Films founder Ed Sabol and NFL Network analysts Marshall Faulk and Deion Sanders among seven inductees into the Pro Football Hall of Fame last Saturday, NFL Network drew its best-ever HOF audience as an average of 513,000 fans tuned in – a 16 percent increase from last year’s ceremony.
In addition, the one-hour NFL Total Access Post-Enshrinement show posted a 72 percent viewership increase over last year as an average of 381,000 fans watched.
NFL.com also scored a record with a 56% increase in unique users on Hall of Fame induction Saturday versus the same day in 2010.
Live Look-ins for Eagles-Ravens, Patriots-Jaguars & Cowboys-Broncos Games on NFL Network’s Around the League: Preseason 2011 Special Thursday Night
The NFL’s preseason kicks off Thursday, August 11 at 7:30 PM ET and NFL Network’s Around the League: Preseason 2011 special provides live look-ins, highlights and analysis of Thursday’s slate of games, including Baltimore-Philadelphia and Jacksonville-New England (kickoff at 7:30 PM ET), and Denver-Dallas (kickoff at 8:30 PM ET). At 11:00 PM ET, the game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Philadelphia Eagles will be shown in its entirety.
NFL Network’s slate of six live preseason games begins on Saturday, August 13 at 7:30 PM ET when the defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers take the field in Cleveland against the Browns.
ARENABOWL XXIV Live on NFL Network Friday Night:
On Friday, August 12 at 8:30 PM ET, NFL Network provides live coverage of ArenaBowl XXIV between the Jacksonville Sharks and Arizona Rattlers. Former Super Bowl MVP and AFL legend Kurt Warner joins play-by-play announcer Paul Burmeister in the booth and Anthony Herron provides reports from the sidelines.
