NFL Network’s “32 Teams in 32 Days” continues this week on NFL Total Access. Tonight at 7:00 PM ET, Jaguars tight end Marcedes Lewis appears live in-studio to discuss Jacksonville’s 2010 season and the selection of quarterback Blaine Gabbert with the 10th-overall pick.
The third-overall pick of the Buffalo Bills, defensive tackle Marcell Dareus, will also appear live in-studio tonight at 7:00 PM ET.
New York Giants offensive tackle David Diehl serves as a guest analyst on NFL Total Access on Thursday, May 19 and Friday, May 20.
On Thursday, May 19, host Fran Charles sits down with recently drafted quarterback Christian Ponder (Minnesota Vikings) and wide receivers Julio Jones (Atlanta Falcons) and Randall Cobb (Green Bay Packers) for a rookie roundtable discussion. The three players will describe the NFL Draft experience and what each can bring to their respective teams.
On Friday, May 20, Minnesota Vikings Vice President of Player Personnel Rick Spielman appears via Vikings Cam to talk about the reason behind selecting quarterback Christian Ponder with the number twelve overall pick, and the future of the team under head coach Leslie Frazier.
On Monday, May 23, the NFL Total Access crew examines the Miami Dolphins with the help of Pro Bowl linebacker Cameron Wake.
Earlier this week, NFL Total Access focused on two teams with first-year head coaches: the Cleveland Browns (Monday) and the San Francisco 49ers. Cleveland head coach Pat Shurmur appeared via Browns Cam to revisit the much-discussed trade with the Atlanta Falcons in the first round of the NFL Draft, as well as working with quarterback Colt McCoy. San Francisco head coach Jim Harbaugh appeared via 49ers Cam to discuss the quarterback situation with the selection of rookie Colin Kaepernick and the future of veteran free agent Alex Smith.
Below are video links and quotes from each interview:
– Cleveland Browns head coach Pat Shurmur discusses the rebuilding effort in Cleveland:

– San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh interviewed via 49ers Cam:
http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-network-total-access/09000d5d81fe20a1/32-in-32-49ers
– “Time will tell. It was a good thing for us, and as we play some seasons here time will tell. We’re hopeful that it’s a win-win for both clubs.” – Pat Shurmur on the trade in the first round with the Atlanta Falcons
– “He’s got a lot of the attributes you’re looking for in a quarterback that’s going to be successful in this league. Very good decision-maker, he’s a terrific leader, very mobile, accurate in the pocket as well as when he scrambles. So, he’s a guy that can be efficient when things are right, but he’s got the feet to extend the play and make plays when things get crazy back there.” – Pat Shurmur on quarterback Colt McCoy
– “A lot of things that we saw in Colin that made him the best fit for the San Francisco 49ers for our system of offense. Spectacular athlete, very strong throwing arm, wired kind of like the all-American guy — takes a lot of pride in his own personal performance, a guy who’s won coming from behind and really changed that program for the better at [the University of Nevada.]” – Jim Harbaugh on what the 49ers believe will make Colin Kaepernick a successful NFL quarterback
– “Well documented, on record, that we very much want Alex Smith to be a 49er next year — and really is a 49er. In my mind — and hopefully in his mind — he is a 49er, and we look forward to having him competing for that starting quarterback position next year.” – Jim Harbaugh on veteran free agent quarterback Alex Smith

Jay Glazer’s Top 12 Quarterbacks:

3. Drew Brees – New Orleans Saints
4. Aaron Rodgers – Green Bay Packers
5. Philip Rivers – San Diego Chargers
6. Ben Roethlisberger – Pittsburgh Steelers

– “I’m not the flashiest guy. I go in there with my hardhat, week-in and week-out, and just put in the work that I need to put in to help my team win ballgames. That’s kind of the way we go about business up in Green Bay.” – Greg Jennings on his style of play
– “Here’s the problem though: last year he struggled in the first part of the season. So players remember all of the media that was done in the first six or seven weeks, or whatever it was when struggled. They just remember that and then they vote.” – Jay Glazer on the reason behind Jared Allen’s low ranking
-“He doesn’t have the supporting cast that Jared Allen has. Arguably, he’s the best defensive player on that team so he gets all of the attention.” – Willie McGinest on Mario Williams, who ranked #71
