Coverage of Indoor Track & Field, Swimming & Diving, Gymnastics and Fencing will feature select Summer Olympic hopefuls from around the world
Beginning Friday, March 9, ESPN3 and ESPNU will kick off a combined 34 hours of coverage for four NCAA Winter Championships featuring several Summer Olympic hopefuls from around the world. It all starts with the NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships live exclusively on ESPN3 beginning at 7:30 p.m. ET. Other championships that will be featured on both networks include Swimming & Diving, Gymnastics and Fencing.
Coverage for the championships on ESPN3 and ESPNU will also be accessible online at WatchESPN.com and on smartphones and tablets via the WatchESPN app to fans of an affiliated provider.
Other NCAA Winter Championships on ESPN platforms include the NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship and the NCAA Division I Wrestling Championship. Additional details on ESPN’s coverage of the NCAA Hockey Championshipwill be released at a later date. Collectively, they contribute to 174 additional hours of winter championship coverage across ESPN platforms.
Indoor Track & Field
ESPN3 will have Day One and Two coverage of the NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships exclusively on the live multi-screen sports network, with ESPNU televising a taped recap of the two days of finals coverage. National team Olympic hopefuls for Indoor Track & Field include:
