For the first time, NBA TV will air live USA Basketball Real Training Camp on the first full day of the USA Basketball Men’s National Team practice as it prepares for the 2010 FIBA World Championship in Turkey later this summer.
On Tuesday, July 20 from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET, fans will get an exclusive first look and listen as USA Basketball Men’s National Team Head Coach Mike Krzyzewski and his staff prepare the returning players, including Denver Nuggets guard Chauncey Billups, Boston Celtics guard Rajon Rondo, Oklahoma City Thunder forward/guard Kevin Durant, Philadelphia 76ers forward Andre Iguodala, and New York Knicks forward Amar’e Stoudemire, as well as new additions to the team, like Sacramento Kings guard Tyreke Evans, the 2010 NBA Rookie of the Year, for the upcoming World Championship taking place Aug. 28 – Sept. 12.
Throughout the practice, NBA TV host Rick Kamla and analysts Mike Fratello and Dennis Scott will break down the team dynamic and potential match-ups as well as interview top players and coaches.
