THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER: TEAM ROUSEY VS. TEAM TATE EPISODE 2 ON FOX SPORTS 1 TONIGHT — The second episode of THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER, now in its 18th season airs Wednesday, Sept. 11 (10:00 PM ET) on FOX Sports 1, as women join men for the first time ever, living and training together as they vie for “The Ultimate Fighter” title and a six-figure contract with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Two of the sport’s most prominent women and bitterest of rivals, Ronda Rousey and Miesha Tate, are the series’ first females ever to coach and train the eight men and eight women who fought their way into the UFC house on the first episode last week. In tonight’s episode, it’s a battle of the number one female picks when Julianna Pena of Team Tate and veteran Shayna “The Queen of Spades” Baszler of Team Rousey fight for early control in a history-making matchup.
Tate on the significance of this groundbreaking season for women: “It puts women’s MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) on a platform it’s never been on before, and it’s going to help change misperceptions and stereotypes. This show is very important because it’s going to help answer questions about depth in the division, and help disprove people who think only Ronda Rousey exists and there’s no one else. We’re breaking down barriers, so this is going to help legitimize women’s MMA and solidify our future.”
THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER: TEAM ROUSEY VS. TEAM TATE airs Wednesdays at 10:00 PM ET on FOX Sports 1, where it anchors the network’s prime time UFC programming block. For more on THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER, including episodic matchups and video, please visit http://msn.foxsports.com/watch/the-ultimate-fighter

NASCAR CAMPING WORLD TRUCK SERIES KEEPS ON TRUCKING – FOX Sports 1 offers live coverage of the final of five consecutive NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races on Friday, Sept. 13 (8:00 PM ET) at Chicagoland Speedway. Reigning champion James Buescher, who went winless the first 11 races of the season, has momentum heading into Chicagoland after scoring his second win in four races last weekend at Iowa. In the process, Buescher cut his points deficit to leader Matt Crafton in half, jumping from fourth to second and now trailing Crafton by only 37 markers. Crafton, however, continues his perfect record of all top-10 finishes in the 15 events contested in 2013. Rick Allen calls the action from Chicagoland alongside analysts Phil Parsons and Michael Waltrip, with reporting by Ray Dunlap and Hermie Sadler.
NCWTS SETUP (8:30 PM ET), which precedes Friday’s Camping World Truck Series race, is hosted by Danielle Trotta with reporting by Dunlap and Sadler. FOX Sports 1’s popular 30-minute pre-race show sets the tone with live reports from the starting grid. Additionally, the network offers live coverage of both NCWTS practice sessions on Friday, Sept. 13 (10:00 AM ET & 12:00 PM ET) and NCWTS Qualifying (4:00 PM ET). After a weekend off next week, the Truck Series races at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Saturday, Sept. 28 (8:30 PM ET), with NCWTS SETUP hitting the air at 8:00 PM ET.
NASCAR RACEDAY OFFERS COMPREHENSIVE COVERAGE AS THE CHASE OPENS – After a chaotic week in NASCAR, NASCAR RACEDAY hits the air Sunday, Sept. 15 (9:00 AM ET) on FOX Sports 1 with a two-hour edition to kick off the first of 10 races in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. While historic penalties levied against Michael Waltrip Racing following the Richmond race dominated headlines this week, NASCAR RACEDAY also has plenty of other business to cover, ranging from reigning champion, Brad Keselowski, and four-time champion Jeff Gordon being shut out of the Chase, to Kurt Busch’s single-car team making history with their Chase spot, Jimmie Johnson’s uncharacteristically poor last four races and who appears poised to claim this year’s title.
FOX Sports 1’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series pre-race show is hosted by John Roberts with analysts Larry McReynolds and Kyle Petty. Matt Clark, Wendy Venturini and Rutledge Wood deliver inside stories and exclusive driver interviews from the garage and pit road. Additionally, FOX Sports 1 and FOX Sports 2 offer coverage of Cup Series practice and qualifying, as well as Nationwide Series practice and qualifying throughout the weekend.
NASCAR RACE HUB ROLLS OUT NEWS ALL WEEK LONG – NASCAR RACE HUB, FOX Sports 1’s daily NASCAR news and highlights show, cranks out news all week long, keeping viewers abreast of the latest as the Chase for the Sprint Cup kicks off this weekend at Chicagoland Speedway. However, NASCAR’s version of the playoffs takes center stage on the heels of perhaps the heaviest penalty in NASCAR history, levied Monday against Michael Waltrip Racing (MWR) for intentionally manipulating the outcome of last Saturday’s race at Richmond, which set the field for the Chase.
To see Waltrip’s interview, please visit: http://msn.foxsports.com/video/NASCAR?vid=47628f5e-9e7c-4f52-bb2e-598f0a104ec9
Reporter Bob Dillner sits down on Wednesday, Sept. 11 (4:30 PM ET) with Michael Waltrip, co-owner of MWR, for Part 2 of his exclusive interview regarding the team’s actions and ensuing penalties, while analyst Jeff Hammond joins co-hosts Adam Alexander and Danielle Trotta with his take on the latest developments. Former driver and NASCAR analyst Jimmy Spencer joins host Steve Byrnes on Thursday, Sept. 12 (4:30 PM ET) with his candid opinions on the week’s events, while Trotta’s “Crunching the Numbers” feature assesses each Chase contender’s odds of winning at Chicagoland. NASCAR RACE HUB typically airs Monday through Thursday at 4:30 PM ET on FOX Sports 1.

Greg Creamer serves as host, with the race call from the world feed by Gavin Emmett and Nick Harris. In the last round at Silverstone, in Great Britain, Marquez crashed in the morning warm-up and dislocated his shoulder. After being medically cleared to race, Marquez had a strong start to the race and trailed Lorenzo for much of the race, and even passed him and led briefly before Lorenzo re-passed Marquez to take the win. All three of the top riders have had injuries this year, and at this point of the year, nobody is 100% healthy. The top Americans in the field include Nicky Hayden (9th in points, -145), Colin Edwards (14th in points, -206) and Ben Spies (injured and out for the season, only 2 starts in 2013).
