ESPN will televise NBA Africa Game 2015 – the first NBA game played in Africa – live on Saturday, Aug. 1, at 9 a.m. ET. The game will emanate from Ellis Park Arena in Johannesburg, South Africa, and will air exclusively on ESPN in the U.S. The game will also be available on ESPN Deportes and WatchESPN.
Marc Kestecher (NBA on ESPN Radio) will provide commentary on ESPN, alongside analyst Doris Burke (NBA on ESPN).
NBA Africa Game 2015 will feature a Team Africa versus Team World format. Current NBA players from Africa, or second-generation African players, will square off against current NBA players from the rest of the world, including the U.S. Rosters are below.
