- ESPN Holiday Baseball to Feature Orioles at Yankees on Labor Day
ESPN has selected three marquee matchups, which include four current first-place teams and six current playoff teams, for Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell – Major League Baseball’s exclusive, national game of the week – in September.
On Sept. 6, the first-place St. Louis Cardinals, owners of MLB’s best record, will host the NL Wild Card-leading Pittsburgh Pirates. On Sept.13, the surging, first-place Kansas City Royals will visit the Baltimore Orioles, who are currently holding the second AL Wild Card spot. On Sept. 20, the first-place New York Mets will host inter-city rival and first-place New York Yankees on Sept. 20. The season finale of Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell, Sept. 27, will be selected in the coming weeks.
All Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell telecasts are available on ESPN Radio, ESPN Deportes, ESPN Deportes Radio and WatchESPN.
Scheduled commentators
Dan Shulman, in his fifth year as the voice of Sunday Night Baseball, is scheduled to provide commentary for all telecasts with analysts Curt Schilling and John Kruk and reporter Buster Olney. Jon Sciambi and Chris Singleton are scheduled to describe the action for ESPN Radio.
Baseball Tonight: Sunday Night Countdown presented by Chevrolet will precede every Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell telecast with a one-hour, pre-game show at 7 p.m. Generally, Karl Ravech serves as the host with analyst Aaron Boone and reporter Tim Kurkjian.
On deck: the San Francisco Giants will visit the Pittsburgh Pirates on the Aug. 23 edition of Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell.

Holiday Baseball on ESPN
Holiday baseball will continue on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 7, as the New York Yankees host the Baltimore Orioles on ESPN at 1 p.m. ET.
