ESPN and ESPN2 will provide extensive coverage of MLB’s final regular-season night Wednesday, Oct. 3, highlighted by two AL East pennant chase games and Detroit Tigers’ slugger Miguel Cabrera’s pursuit of the Triple Crown. Coverage will begin at 7 p.m. ET with the Boston Red Sox at New York Yankees on ESPN and the Baltimore Orioles at Tampa Bay Rays on ESPN2. Both games are also available on WatchESPN and ESPN Mobile TV. In addition, ESPN and ESPN2 will provide live look-ins to Cabrera’s at-bats and in-progress updates on the NL Wild Card chase (if necessary). ESPN’s MLB commentators will also offer insights and analysis on SportsCenter and Baseball Tonight.
