BURLINGTON, MA, January 8, 2014 – Comcast SportsNet’s weekly signature hockey program Cross Check with Felger & Milbury returns on Thursday, January 9th at 9:30PM with co-hosts MichaelFelger and Bruins’ Legend Mike Milbury bringing viewers the best insider look at all things Bruins. Beginning Sunday, January 19th, Comcast SportsNet will also provide pre-game and/or post-game shows for every Bruins game televised on NBC & NBC Sports Network, giving Bruins fans a one-stop shop for all their Bruins coverage. Bruins’ enforcer Shawn Thornton will once again be a special weekly guest on Cross Check and will continue to join Comcast SportsNet for post-game coverage and additional shows throughout the rest of the season.
Cross Check, presented by DCU, offers expertise and opinion every Thursday night at 9:30PM* from Felger & Milbury who will be joined by Thornton and several other special guests throughout the season. Each week, they will break down the Bruins, cover news around the NHL, and talk all things hockey. *When the Bruins have a 7PM Thursday game, Cross Check will air immediately following with a breakdown of the game and post-game reaction from both on-site at the rink and from Felger & Milbury in the studio.
Throughout the rest of the NHL season, Comcast SportsNet will offer exclusive game day access, interviews and video clips from a number of nationally televised Bruins games on NBC and NBCSN. For each of these games, Comcast SportsNet will provide Pregame Live and/or Postgame Live shows, presented by DCU, with Felger & Tony Amonte leading. For home games, they will be stationed at Comcast SportsNet’s Ace Ticket Studio on Causeway Street offering pre/post-game analysis in the midst of passionate Bruins fans entering and leaving the TDGarden. For away games, the shows will originate from the Comcast SportsNetstudios in Burlington, MA. The entire Comcast SportsNet broadcast team — along with some of the nation’s top analysts from NBC — will continue to bring fans the best, most robust offering of news and updates in real-time each day and night as the Bruins make their quest for the Stanley Cup.
