NBA TV will televise up to 11 WNBA Playoffs 2014 presented by Boost Mobile games, beginning Friday, Aug. 22, with a Conference Semifinal doubleheader starting with the Eastern Conference’s Chicago Sky and 2013 WNBA Rookie of the Year Elena Della Donne visiting the Atlanta Dream and WNBA All-Star Angel McCoughtry at 7:30 p.m. ET. In the second game of the night, the Western Conference’s top seeded Phoenix Mercury led by WNBA All-Star Diana Taurasi will host the Los Angeles Sparks and 2013 MVP Candace Parker at 10 p.m. NBA TV will continue with live playoff game coverage through the Conference Semifinals and Conference Finals.
Throughout the first two rounds of the playoffs, NBA TV’s Vince Cellini, Jared Greenberg, Kristen Ledlow and Matt Winer will host the network’s pre-game, halftime and post-game coverage, along with analysts LaChina Robinson, Dennis Scott and Steve Smith, and guest analysts Swin Cash and Katie Smith. Additionally, NBA TV’s studio show, NBA GameTime, will air following each WNBA Finals game.
