Inside NASCAR is produced in conjunction with the NASCAR Media Group.  New episodes will air on SHOWTIME Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT for 38 weeks corresponding with the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season.  The co-executive producers are Ken Hershman, Executive Vice President and General Manager of SHOWTIME Sports and Jay Abraham, Chief Operating Officer, NASCAR Media Group.  The executive in charge of production is Jim Jorden with Mike Wells acting as consulting director.

Episode 3 Quotes:

(On whether or not Jimmie Johnson should be labeled “the greatest ever”)

Daugherty: I think they may be one of the greatest combinations (Jimmie and Crew Chief Chad Knaus) without question. Jimmie is a tremendous racecar driver.  Greatest of all time? I don’t think so.

(On Danica Patrick)

Pemberton: If you’re telling me that a girl can come over here and kick Kevin Harvick’s butt week-in and week-out and be competitive I don’t think so.  She’s 100 pounds!

(On Kyle Busch’s temper)

Waltrip: You have to be careful how you treat your crew so you’re comfortable with how they treat you back and he was bordering on making him mad.
