FOX SPORTS ANNOUNCES 2009 NFL PRESEASON SCHEDULE
Cowboys Unveil State-of-the-Art New Stadium on Friday, Aug. 21
New York – The 2009 NFL on FOX season kicks off this August with three solid matchups, including America’s first look at the Dallas Cowboys new state-of-the-art arena in Arlington on Friday, August 21 (8:00 PM ET). The Tennessee Titans, owners of the best regular season record in 2008 at 13-3, will be the first team to occupy the visitor’s locker room of the new $1.1 billion facility when they face Tony Romo and the Cowboys.
The NFL on FOX preseason begins under the lights in Indianapolis on Thursday, August 20 (8:00 PM ET), when Peyton Manning and the Colts, led by new head coach Jim Caldwell host Donovan McNabb and the Philadelphia Eagles. FOX Sports’ third preseason broadcast comes Thursday, August 27 (8:00 PM ET) and features another rookie head coach, Raheem Morris as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers host the 2008 AFC East champion Miami Dolphins.
