Gus Johnson To Call First-Ever Match For FOX Soccer

GEN-6 CAR TO OFFICIALLY DEBUT ON FOX DURING SPRINT UNLIMITED AT DAYTONA – The countdown to Daytona is on, and Danica Patrick, one of this season’s most talked-about Sprint Cup Series rookies, stopped by the SPEED studios to talk about this year’s new Gen-6 car. “I like it,” Patrick said of the new car. “At Charlotte, you could really drive it in hard and you could pick up the throttle really hard as well. Any time we can get something that allows us to drive harder and make less mistakes and be closer to each other, it’s going to allow us to be able to put on a better show for the fans, which is the ultimate goal.” FOX Sports’ 2013 Speedweeks coverage officially gets underway with the SPRINT UNLIMITED live from Daytona International Speedway on Saturday, Feb. 16 in prime time at 8:00 PM ET, followed by live coverage of DAYTONA 500 QUALIFYING on Sunday, Feb. 17 at 1:00 PM ET. FOX Sports’ coverage of the 55th Daytona 500 begins Sunday, Feb. 24, at 12:00 PM ET live from the network’s technologically advanced mobile studio, the Hollywood Hotel.
